Activating your licence

Applies to ProQuranTutor Professional, all versions.

Entering the key

Your licence key is shown once in the customer portal, to the account holding the Owner role, after confirming a password and a current authenticator code. Everywhere else, including every support conversation and every screen we have, it appears only as a short hint: a few characters that let you confirm which licence is being discussed without the key itself being on screen.

Enter the full key on the installation's licensing screen and activate.

What a successful activation looks like

The installation stores a signed licence from us and shows the academy's entitlements: whether use is perpetual, the date updates run to and the date support runs to.

It re-checks with us once a day. If we cannot be reached, the product keeps working: it enters a grace period rather than treating our outage as your problem.

What the installation sends us

Only what licensing needs: the licence key, the installation's identifier, the domain, the environment and the product version.

No academy records are ever sent. No student, guardian, teacher, attendance, progress, homework, invoice or message data crosses the interface, in this operation or any other.
