Release notes

Applies to ProQuranTutor Professional, all versions.

Release notes travel with the release itself rather than living on this site, so they can never drift from what was actually published.

  • In the product: the updater shows the notes for the release it is offering before you install it.
  • In the customer portal: Downloads lists every release this licence may download, with its notes, its published date and its checksum.

Each release also carries an urgency, and any requirements it has: a minimum PHP version, or a minimum version you must already be running. The updater refuses rather than half-installing something your server cannot run.

Backup, restore, security and diagnostics

Those pages are not written yet, and saying so is more useful than a thin page that pretends otherwise. They depend on the one-command installer, which is a later phase of our own work. Until then, ask us and we will answer properly.
