Re-downloading a version you already had

Applies to ProQuranTutor Professional, all versions.

These are two different rights, and we keep them apart on purpose.

The second one does not lapse. If your updates entitlement ended last year, you can still download every release published while it was current, for as long as you hold the licence.

That is deliberate. Rebuilding a server, restoring from a disaster or rolling back a bad migration should never depend on a renewal date.

How to do it

Sign in to the customer portal, choose your academy and open Downloads. It lists every release this licence may download, and it states separately whether updates are currently included, so the two are never confused.

Each download is authorized individually and the address expires. Check the SHA-256 shown in the portal against the file you received.

A release that has been withdrawn

If we withdraw an archive, usually because it was built wrong, it stops being downloadable and the release stays visible with nothing behind it. The portal says so rather than pretending the release never existed.
